What is relationship-aware scheduling?
Relationship-aware scheduling changes the meeting options a visitor can see based on a private, host-controlled relationship level. A new visitor might see a short introduction while a known contact or VIP can receive longer working sessions.
Do invitees see how MyCal classified them?
No. Invitees see only the meeting choices available to them. Relationship levels, contact matches, company rules, and private host notes are not displayed.
Can I block a person or company domain?
Yes. Hosts can block a verified email address, a domain, or its subdomains. Blocking takes priority over contact recognition and company-based access.
Do I need a separate link for every meeting length?
No. One MyCal host page can present different event types and durations to different verified visitors. Single-use links remain available for exceptional one-off meetings.
